Braised Kohlrabi
2 Tbsp. butter
3-4 kohlrabi
2 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Peel kohlrabi and slice into thin strips; sauté with
chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken broth and lemon juice;
cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
