Easy Kohlrabi Greens
So long as the kohlrabi's greens are fresh looking and not wilted, you can eat them.
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch kohlrabi greens, chopped
½ tsp. salt
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic. Stirring frequently, cook for 30-40 seconds until fragrant. Add kohlrabi greens, salt and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer until the greens are tender, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
